Safecontractor is a health and safety assessment scheme that is recognised all over the UK. Their scheme has been designed to take the hassles out of health and safety by managing your list of approved contractors more efficiently and cost effectively.

Having been successfully audited by Safecontractor Allsigns have demonstrated their commitment to health and safety and to our prospective clients by having all of the correct procedures in place.


Construction Line

Membership Number 69009

Constructionline is the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service that collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91, the standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication within the construction industry.

Their stated aim is to provide efficiency savings to public and private sector buyers and the construction industry as a whole by streamlining procurement procedures.

Allsigns have been members of Constructionline since 2008


Achilles

Facilitating Relationships, Building Trust.

Achilles offers a fully-managed supplier registration, information and compliance management and pre-qualification service. It reduces, or even eliminates, the need for costly in-house supply chain management.

Achilles also helps buyers to protect their brand reputation and avoid disruptions by identifying and managing information across all the tiers of their supply chain.


ISO 9001:2015

Allsigns have been accredited to ISO 9001 since 1999.

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

Allsigns have an appointed Quality Management Representative with delegated responsibilities for ensuring that a compliant quality management system is established, implemented and maintained for promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation and for ensuring that the performance of the quality manager system is reviewed by the management team for effectiveness, continuing suitability and the need for improvement.


ISO 14001 – Environmental Accreditation

Allsigns are currently working towards the ISO 14001 accreditation.

At present Allsigns, Pryorsign and Signsystems strictly adhere to the best practice guidelines laid down by ISO14001.

Working in conjunction with INEOS and Pyramid Display we are currently trialing new eco-friendly substrates that have a reduced impact on the environment.

Whilst we still use PVC in a proportion of our products INEOS‘s commitment to the EVCM* Charter is helping to further reduce the impact of PVC and VCM production.

The Health and Safety Sign Association

As part of our commitment to our industry Allsigns are an executive member of the HSSA. Our two basic aims within this organisation are:
• To create greater safety through the proper use of safety and other statutory signs.
• To develop and maintain industry standards and act as a representative voice to those formulating legislation both within the UK and internationally.

As members of the HSSA we endorse all relevant British Standards and safety signs that conform to those standards. Because of this endorsement you can be sure of full legislative compliance to all current signage standards and continuity of products from Allsigns.


The Photoluminescent Safety Products Association

The PSPA is an international organisation whose main aim is to establish and maintain recognised industry standards for photoluminescent safety products and their applications.

The PSPA also provides a forum where members can seek advice on manufacturing and technical matters through their established links with independent testing houses.

The PSPA works extensively on behalf of and in partnership with all of its members in all aspects of the safety products industry. A key aim is to participate and educate other safety bodies on all aspects of fire escape and evacuation signage including escape route marking and building evacuation. To this end the PSPA have strong representation in advising and representing the industry to official bodies and safety organisations.


RoSPA

This membership visibly demonstrates our commitment to supporting RoSPA’s safety mission.
Each year more than 14,000 people die in the UK as a result of accidents. These accidents cause loss and suffering to the victims family and their loved ones.

By becoming a member of this organisation Allsigns are making a vital contribution to furthering ROSPA’s work to save lives and reduce injuries.


ESPO

ESPO are a public sector purchasing group who can help support any publically funded organisation with their comprehensive range of procurement frameworks.

These frameworks cover all of your buying essentials, from building materials to consultancy services. All of the ESPO frameworks are free to access, easy to use and offer significant reductions in time and procurement costs.

This framework is available for use nationally by any public sector body including,  but not limited to

  • Schools, Academies, Colleges & Universities• Central & Local Government

  • NHS & HSC Bodies

  • Registered Social Landlords

Allsigns have been an approved supplier to the ESPO framework for a number of years. During this time we have successfully delivered a variety of signage projects. These can range from one-off sign schemes to much larger, more complicated projects. It is also the case that a number of Government Agencies and large educational establishments have used the ESPO framework to tender for their own sign requirements.
